Belt Grills/Barmarking/Ovens
Our Belt Grill contact cooker sears products exclusively in their own fat.
The products are conveyed through the machine between an upper and a lower PTFE coated belt and cooked by plates heated electrically or by thermal oil. The plates can be equipped with patterns such as grill marks depending on the desired appearance of the products.

Inline or spiral ovens perfectly suited for producing cooked, browned and roasted and or steamed products in hot circulating air and/or steam.
- Spiral ovens suitable for products of various sizes thanks to a selectable gap 5-12 tiers between the individual levels.
- Inline ovens with two separately adjustable heating areas provide the option of cooking and browning food at the same time using different temperatures.

- Steam injection bars for setting the desired humidity
- Optional dew point control for maximising yield
- Automatic, continuous belt wash system in combination with CIP nozzles in the interior of the oven ensures perfect cleaning

Options Spiral
- Top performance heating elements – Efficient heat transfer options between electrical and thermal oil heating elements.
- Variable stage belt system – allows for the selection of 5 to 12 levels.
- CIP – CIP nozzles ensure efficient cleaning and extended production times
- Automatic belt wash system – Continuously cleans the conveyor belt by means of rotating brushes and water spray lances.
- DEW Point Control System – Optional dew point control for maximising yield
- In/Outfeed conveyors – ensures optimal line integration and convenient filling

- Dew point control ensures a consistent and constantly adjustable climate through a moisture measurement and control system
- Lecithin soak minimises product adhesions through simple moistening of the conveyor belt
